Bringing Down the Mountains: Bringing Down the Mountains was created in January 2006 by three high school students from Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Kaitlyn Walton, Jill Sompel and Stephanie Loughner were inspired to create the film after viewing rough footage shot by their ecology teacher of an active mountaintop removal mine near Kayford Mountain, WV. Earth to America: This hilarious film celebrates life on Earth by taking aim at one of our planet's most serious problems: global warming, and features comedy luminaries such as Steve Martin, Robin Williams, Ben Stiller, and Jack Black, as well as Tom Hanks, Robert Kennedy, Jr., and nearly a dozen others (90 min).
